Thank you for taking the time to learn about JMT Real Estate. Before I tell you about the office I'd like to share a little information about myself with you. I am a life long resident of Westford Massachusetts. My husband and I live here with our three children. We love the town and we are happy to have our children in the Westford school system. I started working in Real Estate many years ago. It was a natural career choice for me since I grew up in a family where everyone somehow worked in the field. Most of my relatives are either builders, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, contractors or working in closely related fields. Some of my earliest memories involve me riding a bulldozer with my father or playing with my dolls on the floor of a Real Estate office, while the adults negotiated deals. Real Estate is simply a part of who I am.
Today I am the Broker/owner of JMT Real Estate, a small and exclusive Real Estate LLC. Prior to opening JMT Real Estate in June of 2000, I spent several years as a sales agent in a large Real Estate Franchise. I didn't like how busy the office was and how clients were treated like they were just listing numbers who got attention from their agent based on the size of the commission they would be paying. I wanted to find a way to offer my clients a more personalized service for less money. I know that there is enough competition when selling your home without having to compete for your own realtor's attention. I have learned a lot over the years and I know that I can offer clients a better way of buying and selling real estate. That is why I began JMT Real Estate.
Things work differently here. I will only accept listing that I am confident I can sell quickly, and I will only work with serious buyers. I believe in quality not quantity; this allows me to have minimal overhead and I am able to pass huge savings on to you. By listing your home with JMT Real Estate you are guaranteed personalized attention and service from an experienced MA Broker. You can contact me anytime day or night. You will pay lower commission fees and you will get a significantly higher quality service than you could ever get from a large firm. I also offer my services on a menu style "fee for service" basis, for those clients requiring less help from an agent.
Over the years I have listed and sold many homes. I price homes accurately, market them aggressively and quickly get sellers top dollar for their homes. I enjoy helping people buy and sell new homes and I love congratulating a client on the closing of a great deal. I have earned many awards for outstanding performance in Real Estate and most importantly, I have served many satisfied clients.
